If you want someone who takes pride in their work, and treats your home like their own. And stands back and admires his work when he's done, then Pelican Heating and Air is the company you want. Jared and his crew went above and beyond, and we couldn't be happier.

My original central heating and air wasn't that old, it was installed in 2009, but it really never did the job. It was really hard to keep all rooms close to the same temperature, and it had to run full blast all the time, which is very expensive. When we went into the attic Jared immediately spotted one of the main problems, our entire attic was a labyrinth of ducting, zigzagging all over the attic. There were a few other design flaws that contributed to the issues we had.

Jared removed everything from the original system and started from scratch, and we went with a heat pump system too. Jared also recommended we relocate a few of the original vent locations that were there since 1957. He explained why they aren't ideal locations and gave us the option to keep them or relocate them. What a big difference!

I knew the upgrade and changes would be an improvement, but I had no idea my home could be so evenly cooled for a half the monthly energy costs, and every room is within a few degrees of each other, a huge improvement in itself. My attic actually looks nice, no more labyrinth of ducts covering the entire attic floor.

Jared is professional and polite! Fair pricing. I had him install a new unit for my upstairs of my house in a day and it works great. Also he has stopped by and fixed our lower AC quickly and efficiently. Appreciate his help and you can't go wrong going with him as you HVAC pro!
